Terms and Conditions
§1 Scope and Contracting Party
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all business relationships between Alejandro Facal-Castro (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the users (hereinafter referred to as "User") of the online platform YourWG.ch (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

§2 Service Description
The Platform offers Users the opportunity to search for, find, and offer shared accommodations (WGs). Users can post WG offers, respond to existing offers, and contact other Users.
The Provider merely provides the technical infrastructure for intermediation between WG seekers and WG providers. The Provider does not become a contractual party to the contracts concluded between the Users.
There is no entitlement to constant availability of the Platform. The Provider endeavors to offer the most uninterrupted usability of the Platform possible but does not guarantee any specific availability.
§7 Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In all other respects, the Provider is liable in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). Liability is limited to typically foreseeable damage, unless it concerns essential contractual obligations.
The Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy and legality of the content posted by Users or for the conclusion and fulfillment of contracts between Users. In particular, the Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Platform or from misuse, false, or misleading information provided by Users.
The User indemnifies the Provider against all claims by third parties arising from content that the User publishes or distributes through the Platform. This includes, in particular, claims due to infringement of copyrights, personal rights, or other proprietary rights.
§8 Data Protection
The collection, processing, and use of personal data takes place in accordance with the legal provisions, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) and the Data Protection Ordinance (DPO). For more information on data protection, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
